Templates
Typical manufacturing routes. Use one to create a part with the steps already filled in, or open it to change its default values. Save any part as a new template from its editor.

Bought part: only fasteners count for emissions (S 3.4.11). Other steps stay visible but greyed out.
Modified bought part: add the bought part as a material with “bought part” ticked (counts 0, S 3.4.9), then the modification steps.
Tooling (mould, jig, die): enter it like a part, then add it to parts with a tooling step and the share each part carries.

Assemblies

Facility overhead
Workshop energy that can't be tied to one machine. Overhead per manufacturing hour = monthly kWh × grid factor ÷ direct hours per month. It is added to every machine and manual hour.

Freeze for submission
Freeze the BOM when you submit the CRD. Each line then keeps the factors it had at that moment, and changes made later appear in the changelog export (S 3.3.2).
